Job Information

Arrange for each shift to be covered (eg, when employees take time off) Assist staff in solving problems during their work Track daily expenses and income Close the cash register at the end of the shift Coordinate with suppliers when delivering products and food ordered Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any complaints discreetly Opening or closing the store (when in charge of the first or last shift) Informing the next Shift Manager of any backlogs Reporting maintenance and training needs

Job Requirements

experience in equivalent position in a high level focus Good knowledge of restaurant operations (such as managing reservations and payments) Customer service focused approach and ability to handle complaints with professionalism Excellent organizational skills & team management ability Adaptability, collaborative and team spirit Ability to work under pressure conditions & rotating shifts
