experience in equivalent position in a high level focus Good knowledge of restaurant operations (such as managing reservations and payments) Customer service focused approach and ability to handle complaints with professionalism Excellent organizational skills & team management ability Adaptability, collaborative and team spirit Ability to work under pressure conditions & rotating shifts
