Roles and responsibilities Job Title: Shift Electrical Technician Job Code: JPC - 4159 Location : Fujairah, UAE Experience: 3 to 5 Years Industry: Cement Manufacturing Language: Excellent in English & Hindi

Knowledge of Shutdown issue and cancellation and LOTOTO procedure Knowledge of preventive maintenance of HT slip ring induction motors with its LRS. Knowledge of LT motor maintenance and its testing. Knowledge of maintenance of MCC, PCC, transformers etc. Knowledge of smart MCC with Profibus system with its control drawing. 1. Electrical Expertise Circuit Design and Troubleshooting : Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, troubleshooting faults in electrical circuits, and repairing or replacing faulty components. Electrical Equipment : Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCC), and other electrical equipment. AC/DC Systems : Understanding of alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems. 2. Maintenance and Repair Preventive Maintenance : Conducting scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and avoid emergency repairs. Corrective Maintenance : Quickly identifying and fixing electrical issues that arise during shifts, including failures in machinery or power systems. System Upgrades : Assisting with the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing electrical systems. 3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills Fault Diagnosis : Using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and infrared thermometers to diagnose electrical faults and system malfunctions. Problem-Solving : Quickly and efficiently identifying the root cause of electrical issues and applying corrective actions to minimize production disruptions. Real-Time Decision Making : Making critical decisions during emergency situations, especially during off-hours, when immediate action is necessary. 4. Safety Awareness Electrical Safety Protocols : Strict adherence to electrical safety regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash protection, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Hazardous Environments : Ability to safely work in potentially hazardous environments such as high-voltage areas, confined spaces, or areas with flammable materials. Risk Assessment : Identifying and mitigating electrical risks to ensure the safety of team members, equipment, and systems. 5. Shift Work Adaptability Flexible Schedule : Comfortable working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to maintain 24/7 operations. Time Management : Effectively managing time during shifts to complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine checks while responding to emergencies as needed. Self-Sufficiency : Able to work independently during off-hours, making quick decisions and performing tasks without direct supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
