To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the below requirements: Omani National For Commercial: Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. For Technical: Minimum bachelor's degrees on Engineering such as Mechanical, Petroleum, Well Chemical, and Civil. Less than three years of experience (0 - 3 years) Graduate prior to your first day at Shell.
