Are you passionate about cooking delicious, mouth-watering shawarma and grilled chicken? We are looking for an experienced Shawarma Maker / Chicken Grill Man to join our team at Olive Hut Restaurant SP LLC and help bring our flavorful dishes to life!

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare, season, and cook shawarma meat and chicken on the grill according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure all meats are cooked to perfection and served with attention to quality and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, grill, and cooking equipment
• Assist in prepping ingredients, sauces, and toppings for shawarma and grilled chicken
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Manage inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements :

• Previous experience in shawarma making, grilling, or similar kitchen roles preferred
• Knowledge of different grilling techniques and seasoning methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,500\.00 - AED3,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Shawarma/Grill Man: 1 year (Preferred)
