Receptionist and Marketing Employee

We are looking for a presentable, tactful, and customer-oriented Receptionist and Marketing Employee to join our team at our integrated sports center in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings. Assist in promoting and marketing the sports center's services. Support administrative tasks and ensure the smooth daily operations of the center. Manage social media accounts, create content, and assist with promotional materials. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally within the sports or fitness industry. Strong marketing and communication skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Positive attitude with a keen interest in sports and wellness.
