Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SharePoint /365 Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employees' understanding and usage of SharePoint. This role will involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective user adoption of SharePoint tools and features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on SharePoint functionalities, best practices, and workflows.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
• Assess the training needs of employees and tailor programs accordingly.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SharePoint and related technologies.
• SharePoint administrator, PowerApps, PowerBI, Workflows, Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Trainer /developer
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint functionalities and features.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.
• Certification in SharePoint (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Fundamentals) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
