Job Description
: As a SharePoint Developer at Inlogic IT Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions. Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for SharePoint solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes to determine SharePoint customization needs.
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design and architect SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide recommendations for SharePoint site structure, information architecture, and user experience.
- Development and Customization:
- Develop and customize SharePoint components, including web parts, workflows, lists, and libraries.
- Implement custom features and functionalities using SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and other development tools.
- Integration:
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and systems as needed.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between SharePoint and other platforms.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on SharePoint functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
- Security and Permissions:
- Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Migration and Upgrades:
- Plan and execute SharePoint migration projects, including version upgrades and data migrations.
- Stay informed about the latest features and updates in SharePoint.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.
- Document customization details, workflows, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint customization, including web part development, workflows, and solution deployment.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and other SharePoint development tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration, site collection management, and user permissions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint integration with Microsoft 365 and other third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
