Job Description

We are currently looking for a Color Shade Matcher based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Performing color matching tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy of colors

Measuring and mixing pigments and dyes to achieve desired shades and hues

Matching colors to customer specifications and samples

Documenting and recording color formulas and mixing procedures

Performing quality control checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy

Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure consistency in color throughout the manufacturing process

Keeping work area clean and organized

Following safety protocols and guidelines while handling pigments and dyes

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in color shades.

Knowledge of color theory and how different colors interact with each other.

Experience in using color matching equipment and software.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Good communication skills to liaise with different departments and clients.

Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.

Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the job.

Willingness to learn and continually improve color matching skills and knowledge.

Salary: AED 1500 - AED 2000 (based on candidate experience)
