We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our ADNOC Services Business for Electrical Distribution and Industrial Automation.Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell electrical distribution and industrial automation services to ADNOC and related entities.
Offer Sales: Promote and sell a range of offerings including recurring contracts, digital services, modernization solutions, spare parts, and other related services to meet the specific needs of ADNOC. Lead the sales pursuits in collaboration with all the different Internal and external stake holders, adhering to the policies and procedures of Schneider Electric.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ADNOC, understanding their requirements and ensuring our services align with their operational and business objectives.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ADNOC, collaborating with the Marketing, Tendering, Execution & Global Team to expand our footprint and increase market share.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring profitability and sustainability of the business.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
What will you do?
Act as an advisor for the customers for addressing their Operational and efficiency challenges.
Direct Sales of company's various value-added services to a designated group of existing and new customers.
Develop and drive the strategic Business plan for the growth of Services business for the assigned Accounts.
Creating Demand with customers, Targeting new projects and potential customers. Penetrating new clients & developing close professional relations with key decision makers and influencers in assigned geographical area.
Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet customer satisfaction and due dates following the Processes formulated by Schneider Electric.
Staying current on relevant technologies, fitting solutions to client needs and keeping ahead of competition.
Achieve Monthly, yearly agreed order and sales targets.
Representing the company at key events and industry forums
Reporting for all sales and Account related actions using CRM.
Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successful sales experience within the oil and gas sector, particularly with ADNOC or similar organizations.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution and industrial automation products and services.
Ability to lead and drive a different department, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.
Strong technical knowledge on Medium Voltage, Low voltage Switchgear, Energy management Systems, VFD's, PLCs Transformers, Industrial Automation, Protection Relays, and Field Testing.
Strong Knowledge Install Base business for developing and driving solutions such as Modernization, Retrofitting, AMC's, Digital Services, Trainings etc.
7 years of Sales experience with customers in the O&G, MMM, Water, Building, Transportation, Segments in different service categories
Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner.
Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
