Job Title Services Business Leader METAJob title: Services Business Leader META The Services Business Leader in META Zone is responsible for overall top line performance of Services across business and channels and executes on strategic and tactical plans that enable profitable services growth in the Zone.Your role:Acts as one voice to the Zone commercial activities and is the orchestrator for ensuring district/country alignments and unified input back on zone levelResponsible for Zone business performance (top line)and leads performance management (Daily management activities across the zone)Maintains a healthy funnel for all aftersales activities, including contracts, renewals, win-backs and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Executes on the committed funnel and provides a reliable Services & Solutions Delivery (SSD) OIT & Sales forecast.Ensures execution on strategic priorities from BUs and Regional Business Leaders in the zone and is responsible for deployment and adoption of programs and initiatives including localization activities, in close collaboration with the regional Service Category LeadersResponsible for CLV strategy and performance and its Service contribution across the LifecycleTeams-up with the Service Category Leaders Growth level and Zone Cluster Leaders on Strategic Plan Of Record (SPOR) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives and enablers including preparations for business reviewsResponsible for ensuring performance and identifying key causes for performance gaps supported by data, and making recommendations for improvementsResponsible for the relationship management with customers and partners in the zoneMonitors competition and changes in the customer base and industry, and provides effective feedback to the organizations that includes suggestions for expanding product and service offeringsWork closely with the zone Service Operations and Delivery organizations to ensure seamless integration on strategy to results while driving continuous improvementsKPIsContract Penetration (CP%)Warranty Conversion (WC%)Contract Renewal (CR%)Extended Warranty Conversion (EWC &)Point of Sale Attachment (enabling role) (POS %)Average Selling Price (ASP%)Price Realization Step up (PR%)Funnel Health and Sales Process Adherence (SPA)AOP targetsYou're the right fit if you have :1.
