You will be responsible for the overall quality and functionality of our clients ServiceNow implementations.Client DetailsA large, exciting business going through a ServiceNow transformation.Description
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Setup and maintain QA and release processes
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Create automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Opportunity to be part of a large scale ServiceNow implementation in the region.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven 3-5 experience as a Tester or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework experience with experience in scripting within ServiceNow.
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, HR and ITBM products
