You will be responsible for the overall quality and functionality of our clients ServiceNow implementations.

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for ServiceNow applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Setup and maintain QA and release processes
Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
Create automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Exciting role with a high profile entity in Abu Dhabi|Must have experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework experience

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven 3-5 experience as a Tester or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
At least 2 years of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework experience with experience in scripting within ServiceNow.
Experience with ITSM, CSM, HR and ITBM products
