- Overall 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
- Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, process documentation, business processes, and BRD
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Winner of Entrepreneur 360 Award (2019)
