• Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that address complex business objectives.
• Design solutions across the ServiceNow platform, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Assist IT in effort scoping and estimation to refine business visions and capabilities into actionable tasks.
• Support the development and refinement of roadmaps for Service Management initiatives.
• Engage with architects to position ServiceNow as the primary platform for digital transformation.
• Advocate for ServiceNow\'s advisory and expert services, promoting best practices and industry use cases among stakeholders.
• Support organisational change management activities, including awareness sessions on new processes and technologies.
• Create training materials to operationalise ServiceNow processes and work instructions.
• Provide coaching to technical staff on process consultancy and governance frameworks.
• Guide customers through prescriptive solution designs and manage technical implementation decision points.
• Assist in defining and developing the Enterprise Service Catalog and its elements.
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement in the current solution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, with ITIL certified and either ServiceNow CSA (Certified Service Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification as a minimum.
• Minimum 3 years large program experience in architecture and design of enterprise platforms, with proven experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
