You will be responsible for the overall delivery of large scale ServiceNow implementation.
Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that address complex business objectives.
Design solutions across the ServiceNow platform, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
Assist IT in effort scoping and estimation to refine business visions and capabilities into actionable tasks.
Support the development and refinement of roadmaps for Service Management initiatives.
Engage with architects to position ServiceNow as the primary platform for digital transformation.
Advocate for ServiceNow\'s advisory and expert services, promoting best practices and industry use cases among stakeholders.
Support organisational change management activities, including awareness sessions on new processes and technologies.
Create training materials to operationalise ServiceNow processes and work instructions.
Provide coaching to technical staff on process consultancy and governance frameworks.
Guide customers through prescriptive solution designs and manage technical implementation decision points.
Assist in defining and developing the Enterprise Service Catalog and its elements.
Identify and suggest areas for improvement in the current solution.
Exciting role with a top tier entity in Abu Dhabi|Must have experience architecting largescale ServiceNow implementation
Bachelor degree or equivalent, with ITIL certified and either ServiceNow CSA (Certified Service Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification as a minimum.
Minimum 3 years large program experience in architecture and design of enterprise platforms, with proven experience in ServiceNow implementations
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
