Job Description

A service technician - ELV is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in working with low-voltage electrical components, ensuring smooth system functionality, and diagnosing technical faults. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ELV systems, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:

install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intrusion detection systems perform troubleshooting and repairs to resolve system malfunctions and ensure proper functionality conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure ELV systems operate efficiently read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams collaborate with project engineers and technicians to execute installation plans effectively test ELV systems after installation to verify performance and compliance with safety standards ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety regulations in all installations and repairs document service reports, technical issues, and maintenance activities accurately assist in training end-users on system operations and basic troubleshooting respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed, ensuring minimal system downtime Requirements:

diploma or certification in electrical, electronics, or a related field minimum 2-3 years of experience in ELV system installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems familiarity with ELV system integration, cabling, and networking principles ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents hands-on experience with testing tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment good problem-solving skills with attention to detail ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment valid UAE driving license is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
