Incorporating engineering expertise and techniques, provides the chemical equipment systems necessary support to Nalco's chemical sales. Assures that all equipment systems supplied by the group meet acceptable design, safety, and quality standards. Also directs the activities of other group engineering personnel to accomplish these objectives.

What You Will Do:
Providing site survey, material estimates, general PI&D drawing and material take off with regards to Nalco Technology installation prior to approval of the customer (MOC). Providing assistance to the Technical Consultant in the technical training to the customer, which is related to the Nalco equipment. Testing and commissioning of Nalco equipment and make the after-sale warranty period. Doing preventive maintenance and scheduled calibration of Nalco equipment. Repairing and troubleshooting Nalco equipment installed in sites. Coordinating with Nalco sub-contractor to the implementation of the Nalco equipment installation. Make installation status report regards to the project. Supervising and implementing installation quality standard to the Nalco equipment installation. Providing assistance to Technical Consultant in chemical trial application and coordinate with him during the technical meeting to the customer. Reviewing the design, drawings, materials, and equipment prior to the implementation of Nalco projects. Providing the Technical Consultant in selecting the type, kind, brand of pumps, and chemical compatibility of materials regarding chemical application. Fabricating wiring and cable termination of electrical panel. Testing and commissioning of the electrical panel. Fabricating piping, pipefittings, and pump skid accessories in related to Nalco equipment. Assisting the technical consultant or area manager during technical meeting to the customer which is related to Nalco equipment projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Electrical or electromechanical technical degree with 5-10 years industrial experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (pumps, controls, etc.) as well as prior engineering microcomputer software and programming involvement (the degree of specific knowledge required is determined by group assignment). Good interpersonal and managerial skills are essential. #li-imea
