**What will you do:**
As a Service Support Analyst you will be responsible for consolidating, cleaning and updating Installed Base data in Salesforce across EMEA Service Clusters, based on the refined information generate service sales Leads to sales colleagues and You will a link between Service Units and Services Central team for additional Lead generation and possible business increase. The incumbent of the role will work in close alignment with EMEA service operations and sales teams in the region.
**Your main duties:**
. Support and increase spare part or contract sales with proactive lead generation activities
. Effectively and proactively validate data and identifying potential opportunities and creating solid pipeline in the CRM to generate leads for Eaton Sales Service force
. Improve monitoring and reporting assessment and workflow for proactive sales strategy and processes
. Ensure clean and prompt data in the Installed base system
. Effectively operating aligned and compliant to all applicable Corporate & EMEA Services Policies, Processes
. Provide quotation support when required with follow-up on HIT rate to the EMEA Services team
. Ensure accuracy of installed base data in all the systems of record
. Acquire data from multiple data sources, Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in collected data sets
**Qualifications:**
. Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
. Minimum 1 year experience in Service and/or Sales Operations
**Skills:**
. Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office products and ERP/CRM systems
. Salesforce knowledge is a great advantage
. Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
. English (proficiency verbal and written), any additional European language is an advantage
. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
. Good negotiation skills with a problem solving attitude; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
. Strong analytical skills and good time management skills
