Number of hours worked and travel time \xc2\xb7 Oversee and verify the integrity of consumable spare parts rendered to service machines \xc2\xb7 Supervise and verify the integrity of spare parts rendered/used for trucks on corrective service \xc2\xb7 Assure and verify credibility of service report generated on each service/ repair intervention \xc2\xb7 Plan and design timely and efficient implementation of preventive maintenance service of machines, site priorities and proximity \xc2\xb7 Monitor and request timely service of project vehicles \xc2\xb7 Monitor efficiency of fuel utilization of project vehicles \xc2\xb7 Monitor and record monthly beginning SMU of machines \xc2\xb7 Monitor, supervise and record monthly petty cash utilization \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with site supervisors/ safety officer issues, request and proposals to further enhance project activity and efficiency \xc2\xb7 Report abuses of machines, improper or unsafe operation in the sites \xc2\xb7 Act as liaison officer of the Site/Client Office \xc2\xb7 Send daily reports of site visits to the line manager \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all UG technicians are well equipped with proper PPE in accordance with ADFCA and presentable to keep UG brand name a top priority \xc2\xb7 To be in constant touch with service coordinator for any updates, spares and knowledge of the equipment To prepare incident reports for any damages or misuse by the operators Experience in : SCISSOR LIFT COMPACT 10 DX,ARTICULATED BOOM LIFT HA 16 RTJ PRO,ARTICULATED BOOM LIFT HA41PX-NT,XTJ 52 R, Job Type: Full-time
