Job Summary:
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Washroom Hygiene services to key clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. The role involves supervising a team of hygiene technicians, managing service schedules, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.
The Service Supervisor will report directly to the Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Supervision:
• Lead and manage a team of hygiene technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular team meetings & job trainings including to communicate company policies, service updates, and performance expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
• Service Delivery:
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and coverage to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to all clients.
• Track and monitor service routes and ensure manpower & fuel optimization
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and client requirements.
• Client Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to company standards and industry regulations regarding hygiene and safety.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve any service deficiencies or client complaints.
• Inventory and Equipment Management:
• Manage inventory levels of hygiene supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and availability.
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure necessary materials and equipment.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance, team activities, and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of service schedules, client interactions, and inventory levels.
• Assist the Service Manager in preparing performance reviews and operational reports.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular health and safety training for team members.
• Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
• Graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of related work experience; additional qualifications in hygiene services or management are a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hygiene services or a related field.
• Should know 3 or more languages including English & Hindi
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
• Valid UAE driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
• UAE Driving License (Required)
