Job Summary:

Service Sales Engineers act as the liaison between the customer and the organization. They must stay attuned to the customers' technical issues, report these problems, and seek out solutions.


Business Industry: Elevator, Escalator & Moving Walkways

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting Channel: Service Sales Manager


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify key markets, players and customers, and assess Service Sales leads.
• Propose tactics to generate and develop Service Sales.
• Develop strong relationship with clients.
• Follow up and provide continuous Customer feedback.
• Pursue and secure new multi-brand contracts, recapture previous contracts and secure existing ones.
• Review and document soon-to-be expired contracts for renewal process.
• Prepare quotations according to customer's enquiries for maintenance, parts, and repairs.
• Keep track and obtain approvals on all the proposals made for annual maintenance contracts, parts, and repairs.
• Work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfilment.
• Manage assigned sales portfolio and successfully meet or exceed the target budget.
• Monitor financial status of the assigned portfolio (e.g. Outstanding payment and actual GM%).
• Address the Net Promoter Score within the same day.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/ Service Sales in Dubai.
• Experience in the Elevator Industry is a must.

• Thorough knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
