Job PurposeCoordinates service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore

• Technical Support for Field Operations, stack up drawing creation, ICP review and commentary, logistical management of personel while on the service jobs.
• Administrative support for billing and charges work order activities, including document preparation of service packages for invoicing and SES submission
• Upselling of Franchise packages, contract line items, and securing MMR opportunities in D&C.
• Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in country invoices
• Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
• Visits clients as required to review operations. Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope
• Checks that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
• Acts as Technical subject-matter expert or Promotes liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts
• Ensures that all organization activities and operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Implements policies and programs as needed. May also challenge and improves those policies

You are meant for this job if:

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Technical Education, BSc Engineering (preferred), or similar.
• Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years\' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in an applicable job role (Service Technician, Field Engineer, WH and XT Engineer/System Engineer/Project Engineer) working with Surface equipment.
• Good knowledge of surface wellhead and completion equipment.
• Excellent English language skills, writing as well as verbal.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
