Your responsibilities and tasks:

Roles and Responsabilities:
  • Preparing service offers and handling all invoicing service jobs (internal and external)
  • Scheduling & Planning of Service jobs for all service engineers in line with priority and administering with all supports required; SFT , LPT, FT, & FHT(need basis)
  • Preparing detailed service utilization reports for the FSEs on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with training officer, technical manager and service engineer in building the SQM for training needs.
  • Regular review of Field Service key figures (OI, Sales, Backlog, receivables, etc,) and taking corrective actions.
  • Communicate proactively to Head of Service Execution on any crisis management or issue or reschedule of plans that may have certain business impacts
  • Follow up on service quotes
  • Collecting and Organizing service reports (internal & field office)
  • Co-coordinating with sales for identifying project commission needs
  • Regularly refer to to Control Risks for evaluating and organizing travel to potential High-risk countries.
  • Experience in ERP systems - SAP / CRM for Field service management systems.
  • Co-ordinate the travel logistics of the service team together with Admin.
  • Service FSEs covering SFT, LPT and FHT

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree
  • Experience of working with SAP/CRM
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
