Job Description
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
3.Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
4.Basic understanding of Automobile Engineering principles and practices.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and collaborate within a complex organizational structure.
7.Willingness to support service-related tasks, such as training assistance, diagnostics, data analysis, and customer follow-up.
8.Ability to serve as a technical training instructor to customers.
9.Hands-on support for the physical installation of company products.
10.Capability to collect and report field information to support continuous improvement.
