Under general direction, lead, develop and coach Service Engineers to ensure that delivery execution is achieved for existing dedicated customer portfolio.
Hybrid service sales and spare parts role (50% execution - 50 % sales).
Expected to work closely with marketing and sales engineering
Conduct site inspections & meet with customers as needed.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support and training to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for Service Engineers
Ensure service sales growth is maximized within existing dedicated customer portfolio through expanding the depth and breadth of offerings by using the applicable service sales process & tools
Improve towards a best-in-class service product portfolio by giving proactive feedback about local customer expectations to divisional platforms to become together more competitive and enhance the portfolio.
Take decisions and set, align, and manage targets, processes, standards, methods, and tools on each country level in own area of responsibility in alignment with the respective Area Managers.
Develop the Service business by product implementation, market development and actions that improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
Builds and manages long-term relationships with customers. Focal point of contact for customers\' facility manager. Build partnering relationships with end-users
Driving each country\'s service activities, allocating and prioritizing resources for the implementation of country and divisional Service strategic initiatives.
Actively monitor market and competition trends and feedback performance of current product portfolio
Requirements:
Technical Education within engineering is essential, preferably within industrial refrigeration or Mechanical.
Demonstrable track record within an industrial refrigeration environment.
A technical understanding of ammonia / freon / CO2 compressors in refrigeration systems is essential.
Broad knowledge of refrigeration industry and service products & work experience within management of a service organization.
Deep practical know-how of sales and service process organization methods and tools.
Strong customer focus with the ability to create and develop customer relationships.
Experience in an operational capacity within a customer-oriented environment.
Front line service sales and spare parts experience in operational context.
Good interpersonal communication skills, including ability to influence.
Strong financial understanding.
Enables teamwork, engagement, and involvement.
Drives local accountability and results.
Ability to influence and communicate at various levels, both internally and externally.
Analytical and process orientated.
Experience and ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of back-office processes to deliver customer satisfaction.
Ability to deal with warranties & products.
Experience within MENA market along with clients knowledge are preferable.
Able to frequently travel without visa restrictions within MENA region is a must.
