Job Title : Service Manager - Automotive Industry (UAE Experience)

Key Responsibilities :
• Service Department Management : Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of repairs and maintenance, and high standards of customer service.
• Customer Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a highly skilled team.
• Operational Efficiency : Streamline service operations to maximize productivity and profitability while adhering to safety and quality standards. Monitor and manage service KPIs and budgets.
• Inventory and Parts Management : Ensure accurate inventory levels, timely ordering of spare parts, and management of supplier relationships to avoid delays in service.
• Technical Support : Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, ensuring that service technicians are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with local regulations, manufacturer standards, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations specific to the UAE market.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales department to provide insights on customer requirements and help identify opportunities for upselling services or additional products.
Qualifications :
• Experience : At least 5 years of experience in automotive service management, specifically in the UAE market.
• Education : A degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications or training in automotive service management is a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE automotive industry, including local regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Languages : Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
