Job Purpose
- Manages activities of Supervisors within a complex single Service department or on complex multiple teams to ensure the effective, timely manufacture of quality products
- Supervises supervisors in maintaining and implementing schedules within established procedures and budgets, in liaison with the Project Managers
- Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and FNC reports
- Develops action plans to address key Business objectives
- Manage Resource allocation and utilization for direct and indirect reports
- Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
- Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes Customer Service focused approach to business
- Promotes strong liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts
- Plans and forecasts human and financial resources requirements
- Guides Supervisors on contract interpretation, compliance with organization policies, and adherence to quality control standards
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in related field
