Service Manager Coffee Machines
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with coffee machines.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and advancements in coffee machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience as a technical head or similar role in the coffee machine industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of coffee machines, including their components and functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
