Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025Role overview:The Service Line Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of healthcare services, focusing on personnel management, patient flow, and program development.Responsibilities
Oversee all Service Line activities, ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing efficiency in clinical and business outcomes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, managing performance, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
Promote personalized care by facilitating communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences.
Monitor key performance indicators, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic objectives, managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program development and address service delivery needs.
Facilitate ongoing education, peer review, and skill acquisition among staff to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in nursing science or a relevant clinical field; postgraduate qualifications related to the operational field; Masters degree preferred.
7-10 years in healthcare, including 3 years in people management and 3 years as a service manager in outpatient or primary care settings.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills possess knowledge of key pharmaceutical procedures and current best practices.
