About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on providing maintenance services and after-sales support to ensure our customers' machinery is operating at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission injection molding machines with precision and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize injection molding equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controlled systems .
• Provide expert on-site technical support and customer training.
• Maintain detailed records of service reports , maintenance schedules , and spare parts usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and machine uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection molding machinery .
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems , electrical circuits , and PLC automation .
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Willing to travel for field support and on-site maintenance.
