Responsibilities 1.Arrange and manage the test tires. 2.Judgement of damaged tires and applying in the claim system and communicate with distributors. 3.Supporting distributors in resolving customer's concerns. 4.Making Technical report for distributors. 5.Response to the technical inquiries from distributors and customers. 6.Holding the technical seminars for distributors and customers. 7.Making Technical materials for seminar. 8.Making Technical documents for new or improved products in the market. 9.Collecting the market information.Requirements 1.Diploma, bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering 2.Work Experience - at least 3-5 years of experience Technical Service or related field from Tire Industry or Automobile Industry 3.Strong-Client facing and team working skills 4.Customer service skills. 5.Reporting (with basic Excel and Power point skills). 6.Problem-Solving skills. 7.Presentation competency and teaching skills. 8.Time management skills.Min Experience:3 YearsSalary :AED 10000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:April 1, 2024
