What You Will Do Service Engineer - BMS Systems is a key role reporting directly to the Ops Team Leader and will be based in Qatar. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing the projects and and maintenance contracts of Building Management Systems for install and non-install base. How You Will Do It As a Service Engineer you will be the contact point for the project management, configuration, Integration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, validation, allocation & uncertainty calculation, engineering support, troubleshooting etc. for our BMS Systems. As a Service Engineer you will adhere to relevant processes, compliances & regulations and manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery. You will be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings and will be accountable for preparation of site-documents, Managing reports documentation with internal / external stakeholders. As a experience Service Engineer for BMS systems you will ensure continuous and sustainable growth of our maintenance base by building a relationship of credibility and trust with the customer. You will be responsible to manage the equipment hardware and software trouble-shooting and fault clearance of systems. You will be determining priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly and preform the BMS programming to control the HVAC, VFD, FCU & VAV etc.. through DDC/unitary controllers. You will use your experience to perform the calibration VAV, testing and commissioning of FCU, VAV etc. and also run the Chiller/Chilled Water Pump plant control programming of 3rd party Integration [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC Protocols]. You will Configure the OT & IT Networking which are relevant for BMS networking and perform BMS Graphics development and server configuration. Performing the maintenance, Operations and troubleshooting of BMS system and Meeting with Customers for the day to day activities and progress updates will be part of your job. Required What we look for

Bachelors of Engineering preferably in Electronics / Instrumentation & Controls.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing retrofit projects for BMS systems within GCC region

Recent or past experience in 3rd party Integration [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC Protocols]

Possess team attitude and self-starting work ethics with minimal supervision.
