Requirements for role :
• 4-7 years of experience in technical support for end-users
• Proficiency in Active Directory, and Ticketing systems. Manage Engine Service Desk & Desktop Central experience preffered
• Knowledge supporting end user devices: Windows & MacBooks
• Basic knowledge of networking, VPN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to speak Arabic is a must
• ITIL Foundations is a must
• Own Visa
• Extendable Contract
