We invest in our people.Join us in creating a new standard for wealth management:About the RoleBe a part of geographically distributed ServiceDesk teamAct as a first point of contact for company employees located all over the world * Help to troubleshoot problems with corporate workplace, such as laptops, local networks and Wi-Fi, printers, IP telephony
  • Work with cloud services like Google, Slack, Jira, Confluence, BambooHR, Kissflow, 3CX, etc.
  • Manage user access rights and permissions
  • Create and maintain automations and integrations to simplify the interaction of employees with internal services of the Company
Reporting line: Service Desk LeadLocation: DubaiWorksite: flexible (remote/onsite)Responsibilities
  • Providing Technical support for employees
  • Troubleshooting Windows and MacOS systems
  • System administration
  • Monitoring security alerts
  • Development of automation scripts
  • Maintaining Employee Onboarding and Termination processes
  • License management
  • Corporate equipment maintenance
Requirements
  • Upper intermediate English is a must
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
  • Experience with Google cloud ecosystem, preliminary G-Suite
  • Experience with cloud services APIs (Google, slack etc.) is a plus
  • Basic experience with local area and Wi-Fi networks
  • Experience of programming languages (Python, Java script) is a plus
  • Be \xd1\x81ustomer-oriented and cool-tempered, ready to fulfill repeating requests and resolve repeating issues
  • Good communication skills, ability and willingness to provide service of high quality
