Partner with the best A Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You'll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You'll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability
Balancing resource demand across their area and the wider region
Monitoring and Optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime
Assigning crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization
Developing the training and competence strategies, creating development plans, coordinating competence assessment, and monitoring progression and training compliance
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Have minimum of 5 years of field experience or operations coordination for services in Oil and Gas industry
Have Pressure Control/ Subsea background is preferred
