Job Description

We are hiring for Service Delivery - HR Background (UAE Local) for a government entity client in Abu Dhabi.

Budget: 10, 000 to 13, 000 AED + NAFIS

Outsource Contract - 1 year extendable

Service Delivery & Job Orders Management:

• Manage and process service requests related to multimedia and graphic design needs from internal teams or external stakeholders.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve issues through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring timely completion of design requests.
• Ensure that all multimedia graphic design projects meet internal quality standards and deadlines.
• Create, monitor, and manage job orders for multimedia and graphic design services, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently for the completion of tasks.
• Ensure all job orders are logged, tracked, and completed on schedule.
• Ensure all service delivery, design processes, and HR activities adhere to government regulations and organizational standards.
• Generate reports related to service requests, job orders, design project statuses, and HR functions.
• Collaborate effectively with graphic designers, project managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of multimedia projects.
• Communicate design needs and service requirements clearly across teams.

Administrative Support & Multimedia Graphic Design Support:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for multimedia graphic design projects, ensuring the design process flows smoothly.
• Work closely with the graphic design team to facilitate project workflows and resource allocation.
• Assist with daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing reports on job orders and service requests.
• Keep records up-to-date for all multimedia design projects, including timelines and revisions.

HR Support:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes for the Multimedia Department.
• Track attendance, manage leave requests, and help with HR functions related to the multimedia team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
