Responsibilities: 1. *Customer Service:* Greet customers as they enter the establishment, provide menus, and assist with any inquiries regarding food, beverages, or services. 2. *Order Taking:* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS (Point of Sale) system if applicable. Ensure orders are correctly entered and transmitted to the kitchen staff. 3. *Food and Beverage Preparation:* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. Ensure that all items are presented attractively and served in a timely manner. 4. *Table Setting and Clearing:* Set up dining areas with utensils, napkins, and condiments. Clear tables promptly after customers finish their meals and ensure that dining areas are clean and presentable at all times. 5. *Payment Processing:* Handle cash, credit card transactions, or other forms of payment accurately and securely. Provide customers with receipts and process refunds or exchanges as needed. 6. *Upselling and Promotion:* Suggest additional items or specials to customers to enhance their dining experience and increase sales revenue. Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs. 7. *Maintaining Cleanliness:* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, restrooms, and workstations. Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. 8. *Team Collaboration:* Work cooperatively with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns. 9. *Adherence to Policies:* Follow company policies and procedures regarding dress code, attendance, and behavior. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to health and safety. 10. *Assisting with Other Duties:* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers, such as restocking supplies, preparing ingredients, or cleaning equipment.
