• Salary Range: AED. 4500 to 5500 (all inclusive)
• Minimum 4-5 Years Experience with the last 2 years at the same level experience in UAE.
• Ready to join with 1-month maximum time. (Candidate must be available in UAE)
Job Summary:
The Service & AMC Coordinator is responsible for managing all Service and AMC related calls from UAE /Outside UAE, ensuring prompt creation of service orders, effective communication with technicians and customers, and maintaining an updated status in the ERP system. This role involves coordinating service activities, billing, and preparing quotes while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process all service/AMC calls from UAE/Outside UAE via phone, email, WhatsApp, or oral communication, and create service orders in the ERP system with relevant details.
• Collaborate daily with the Service Manager and Technical Service Manager (TSM) to report received service calls and schedule technician resources effectively.
• Continuously update service order statuses in the ERP system to reflect real-time progress (e.g., Unscheduled, Planned, In Process, Quoted, Completed).
• Issue invoices for AMC and service for outside UAE customers and ensure timely return of sales invoices to the accounts department.
• Communicate daily technician schedules to ensure they have all necessary documentation, including service orders and invoices.
• Inform customers of technician arrival times and coordinate accordingly.
• Update ERP with service order details received from technicians and prepare quotations for necessary parts or service charges.
• Prepare inspection quotations for outside UAE customers and manage all warranty claims and related communications with manufacturers.
• Enter signed AMC contracts into the ERP system and update related fields as necessary.
• Generate monthly reports on AMC contracts due for expiration within the next three months and assist with petty cash expenses within the department.
• Ensure technicians have access to the latest technical literature, bulletins, and manuals, and provide necessary technical support as needed.
• Conduct monthly operational performance reviews with the department manager using data generated from the ERP system.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with accounts receivable and parts logistics to review orders not invoiced due to credit alerts and obtain necessary approvals.
