We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This role requires effective management of project tracking and coordination with technical staff to maintain the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the project tracker for Samsung and Mekar projects.
  • Prepare, collect, and distribute Samsung Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reports.
  • Register projects with Samsung, ensuring all required documents are provided.
  • Issue warranty certificates for Mekar and Samsung products.
  • Handle customer complaint registration and follow-ups until resolution.
  • Maintain complaint records and update our softwares with real time job status.
  • Coordinate documentation and site entry permits with sales, service teams, and customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coordination or a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry or another technical industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Arrive at work punctually and maintain consistent attendance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Remain attentive to phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Completion of the verbal communication assessment on Indeed is mandatory before applying.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break) Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1 hour break) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
