Roles and Responsibilities: Schedule and create work orders for maintenance, service repairs and replacements. Review and process work orders and purchase orders. Procure parts for scheduled repairs and track down parts for emergency repairs. Provide estimated costs for repairs when requested by customers. Review field-generated paperwork and prepare for quotation and invoicing. Dispatch technicians to emergency service calls. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided. Monitor technician schedules for timely completion of work orders. Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies. Provide support to technicians in the field. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent in any field 2-5 years of service industry experience in managing service operations Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
