Job Purpose To work within the Service Department based in Abu Dhabi providing daily administrative and operational support by working closely with Manager and supervisors.Key Responsibilities: o Creating Quotations, Job Completion Report and Invoice for maintenance job accordingly to complete maintenance or repair schedules. o Coordinating with Maintenance staff or third parties to ensure documents are completed promptly and accurately. o Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Planned Maintenance and repair on operational sites, including scheduling repairs and monitoring progress on current Maintenanceo Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (E) o Preferred): o Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within relevant industries is an advantage. o Working knowledge in scheduling and previous maintenance, materials, and manpower experience is a plus o Demonstrate proven experience in Microsoft Office package. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies o Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English o Exceptional administrative skills and highly organised o Office Filling both hard and soft copies.
