Service Contracts Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Report to the Service Manager
• Oversee and manage all the service and maintenance contracts
• Develop and implement service plans and schedules
• Implement the scope of services mentioned in the contract
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance services
• Manage and lead a team of service center staff to optimize productivity and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing, servicing, automotive, or industrial factory. Marine background a plus.
-Excellent English communication skills
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Immediate availability without any notice period
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
License/Certification:
• UAE Driver's License (Required)
