To manage our service centers daily operations, working hours and warehousing.
To provide new ideas and action changes to the showroom displays and stocks.
To provide impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.
To organize in-store events and provide VIP customer experiences.
To train staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
To conduct regular staff meetings.
To prepare and control the store\'s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
To monitor/optimize the service centers hardware, SAP, and communication communications towards more lean and productive operations
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or higher with specialisation in sales and marketing
Proven experience as Service Center Manager or in other managerial position in retail sales within paint or building material industry.
Proven experience in managing multiple showrooms / service centers across UAE.
Excellent knowledge of showroom management and best practices in UAE
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Commercial awareness
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Should have a strong personality, self-confident and should be able to handle stress
Relevant field experience is required and must be willing to travel within UAE
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Report writing, etc.
