Liaise with other departments to provide comprehensive support to clients
Process and file paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Handle payment transactions and maintain financial records
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
