Job Description

• Receive and manage correspondence. o Direct phone calls and handle requests and inquiries appropriately. o Provide initial services and support. o Organize and schedule administrative tasks. o Organize meetings and communications. o Execute correspondence, handle phone calls, and respond to inquiries from the local community related to the food consumption project. o Prepare correspondence on behalf of the project team and present it for review and approval. o Maintain data related to the food consumption project. o Arrange visits and schedule sessions in collaboration with unit family heads and participants. o Recruit families, both Emirati and non-Emirati, for a research project within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. o Use a designated list to contact families residing in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Al Dhafra regions to encourage participation in the survey. o Secure informed consent from the head of households. o Register participants and their families into the research project's software database. o Facilitate introductions between recruited families and the dietitians and nutritionists responsible for conducting interviews with participating families. o Recruit 60 households per month.
