Key Responsibilities
• Identify customers needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment's and services
• Promote and sell after-sales service maintenance packages and other support services effectively
• Identify and understand current and future customer service requirements
• Ensure preparation and creation of technical and sales offers at market rates aligned with company's sales policy
• Liaise with logistics and production teams regarding products assembly, modification, delivery and commissioning
• Provide technical assistance or application training to customers on products and their performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's /Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience in similar profile is an added advantage.
• Technical knowledge related to the Lab equipment's (Research and Academic)
• Advanced product and application knowledge
• Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectation and achieve daily commitments
• Willing to travel as and when required
• Trouble shooting
