Job Description

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Assist customers in selecting upholstery services and products tailored to their needs. Provide expert advice on fabric, leather, vinyl, and other upholstery options based on vehicle make and model. Drive sales by upselling related products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, offering personalized service and follow-up.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and materials in car upholstery. Provide detailed explanations to customers on the benefits, durability, and care of different upholstery materials. Recommend solutions to customers based on their preferences, budget, and vehicle specifications.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service from initial contact to final product delivery.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality of services. Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, industry trends, and potential product improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, specifically within the car upholstery, automotive, or related fields. Strong understanding of various upholstery materials, including fabric, leather, and vinyl. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail sales is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the automotive industry and car interiors. Familiarity with upholstery tools and techniques. Basic knowledge of design and customization trends in automotive interiors.
