:About UsGaladari Heavy Equipment, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Dubai, is a leading dealer and distributor of construction machinery and commercial vehicles in the UAE. We are on the hunt for Service Advisors to join our Abu Dhabi & Dubai Office on a permanent full time basis.Key Duties
- Schedule and manage service appointments.
- Generate and distribute detailed repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Update customers on vehicle status and additional service needs.
- Provide accurate repair cost estimates and manage approvals.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Truck experience is essential.
- Fluent Arabic (Abu Dhabi Location)
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
