Position Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service station. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to manage service schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and conduct initial consultations to understand their vehicle maintenance or repair requirements.
• Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the service process.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts, and obtain customer approval for service recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with the workshop team to prioritize work orders and communicate any changes or updates to customers promptly.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customer needs and vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
• Ensure the service station's facilities are clean, organized, and conducive to providing a professional service environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive service environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle warranties and service contracts is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred not compulsion.
