Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused BMW Motorrad Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional service experience for every motorcycle enthusiast.

You will leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide advice, manage service appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with BMW Motorrad's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a premium service experience.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear explanations of required services and repairs.
• Offer expert advice on motorcycle maintenance and customization options
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare accurate service estimates, including labour, parts, and additional costs.
• Monitor the progress of service work and communicate updates to customers.
• Explain technical issues and repair processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and high-quality repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest BMW Motorrad technologies and service standards.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and products tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve service and sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy before presenting them to customers.

Candidate Specification:

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must requirement
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle industry, preferably with luxury or sports brands.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, with familiarity with BMW Motorrad being a distinct advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
• Valid UAE Motorbike license

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
